These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the Vizible Marketing website at vizible.ae ('Website') and the digital marketing services provided by Vizible Marketing, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ('Vizible', 'we', 'our', 'us'). By accessing our Website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.

You may use the Website for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Website. Vizible provides digital marketing services including but not limited to search engine optimisation, pay-per-click advertising, social media marketing, branding, web design, and email marketing. The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement ('Service Agreement') or proposal document agreed between Vizible and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement prevails.
All content on this Website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Vizible or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Website content without our express written permission. For client work: intellectual property rights in deliverables created by Vizible for clients transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment, unless the Service Agreement specifies otherwise. Third-party assets (stock images, licensed fonts, platform assets) are subject to their respective licence terms.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information disclosed during the engagement. Vizible will not disclose client campaign data, strategy, or results to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law or as part of anonymised case studies where client identity is not revealed.
Vizible warrants that its services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with professional standards. Vizible does not guarantee specific results from digital marketing campaigns, including specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside Vizible's control including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and client-side actions. The Website is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Vizible's total liability to any client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Vizible in the preceding the claim. Vizible shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit claims.
Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice. Vizible may terminate immediately where a client has materially breached these Terms or the Service Agreement or has failed to make payment after. On termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or Vizible's services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes to service terms will be communicated to active clients directly.
